Members of the Board of Directors
ACIBES' leadership is geared towards the growth of the association, the promotion of the biomedical sector, and the consolidation of initiatives that contribute to the professional and community development of the sector.
Juan Carlos Castro
President
He exercises the legal representation of the association and leads the institutional management. He presides over the meetings of the Board of Directors and the General Assembly, oversees compliance with agreements, statutes and internal regulations, and coordinates strategic actions to achieve the organizational objectives.
Rodrigo Pinto
Vice President
Directly supports the President in leading the association, participating in the planning and monitoring of activities. Assumes the President's duties in case of temporary or permanent absence, ensuring operational continuity and contributing to the effective coordination of institutional initiatives.
Valeria Salas
Secretariat
Responsible for the document and administrative management of the association. Prepares and stores meeting minutes, keeps institutional records up to date, manages official notices, and ensures proper internal and formal communication between members and governing bodies.
Juan René Núñez
Treasurer
Manages the association's financial resources transparently and efficiently.
Maintains accounting records, safeguards funds, executes authorized payments, and submits periodic financial reports, ensuring the proper use of assets in accordance with established guidelines.
